A lot of people give up on affiliate work for one reason: they do not want to be on camera. It is a legitimate objection, and the good news is that a face was never a requirement. Trust is the requirement, and there is more than one way to build it.
Comparison and review pages
The format most compatible with anonymity and one of the best converting. Someone searching "model A or B" wants the information, not the person. The text carries the trust on its own, as long as it is honest — including about the flaws.
Video without a face
Hands showing the product, screen recording, narration over footage. It is one of the fastest-growing formats, precisely because the demonstration matters more than the presenter.
Groups and communities
Nobody in a deal group knows what you look like. What builds reputation there is curation: whoever consistently sends good things becomes the reference.
Search sites
The most impersonal front of all, and the one with the highest buying intent. The person searches for the product, finds your page, reads and decides. No step requires knowing who you are.
For the page to be found, it needs to be indexed and to have sites pointing to it — publishing in a network of search sites like Magneth covers both.
What gets harder
Being honest about this matters. Without a face you build trust more slowly, and pure opinion content works less well. The compensation is being more useful: more complete information, fairer comparisons, and admitting when the product is not a fit.
The platforms, one by one, are in how to promote affiliate links.
